Talk to us about your ITPro and Edge
Our managed IT support services bring the following work together. For businesses looking for fully managed IT services, that means connected support, security and planning from people who know your systems.
Helpdesk access to an engineer, on-site support and the cyber defence toolkit for up to two devices per user. It includes phishing testing and training, dark web monitoring alerts, monthly threat and email security reports, a yearly IT board report and Cyber Essentials support.
Everything in Pro for up to three devices per user, plus mobile device management, Duo and YubiKey access management, zero trust application control and edge network access management. Edge also includes a monthly on-site technical alignment manager visit, an annual network penetration test, virtual CIO sessions and board reports twice a year, and Cyber Essentials Plus support.
Pro provides ongoing support and core security services. Edge adds further controls, regular technical alignment and strategic reviews. We'll help you choose the right level of support for your business.
Outsourced or in-house
IT outsourcing should reflect the knowledge and capacity you already have within your business.
For some organisations, outsourced IT services provide the whole support function. Others use an outsourced IT department to complement internal staff with security expertise, specialist knowledge and continuity during absence.
We start by understanding who currently manages your IT and which responsibilities you want us to take on. That gives everyone a clear role and avoids gaps between teams.
Cost
Our IT support packages give you one fixed monthly cost per user. That cost reflects your systems and the level of security and oversight you need.
We review the people, devices and accounts that need support.
Cloud services, office networks and older servers each create different support and maintenance requirements.
We identify what works well and what needs attention in your security, backups and licensing.
The package and any additional projects depend on the responsibilities you want us to manage.
You'll know what your monthly service includes and which projects need a separate budget before you commit.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about what managed IT support includes and how it works. If yours isn't here, call us on 01491 693424.
As standard, INDIGO IT works on a 90-day rolling contract, so you are not tied into a long agreement and the service has to keep earning its place. We explain the renewal arrangements and notice period before you sign.
Call the helpdesk and an engineer will investigate straight away: over the 12 months to November 2026 our average first response time was 35 minutes and our average resolution time 3.9 hours. We keep you updated and come on site if the fault needs hands-on attention, and in a disaster recovery situation an engineer can be on site in as little as an hour. Monitoring also helps us spot issues before you report them.
We assess your current equipment before recommending changes. Where something is unsupported, unreliable or unsuitable, we explain the risk and help plan its replacement.
We coordinate access, documentation and the handover with your current provider. In the first 90 days, we get to know your systems, address the priorities and put a plan in place for ongoing improvements.
Microsoft 365 support, configuration, security and licensing advice form part of the service. Licence charges are separate and are set out clearly in your proposal.
IT support covers everyday assistance and fault resolution. Managed IT services bring that work together with security, backups, Microsoft 365 and planning, so the whole setup is looked after together.
Yes. Because the cost is per user, the service scales with your headcount, and your Alignment Manager visits every month.
