Managed IT support and cyber security
Your work moves between offices, sites, properties and people. Your IT needs to keep information accessible through those changes, without leaving devices unmanaged or sensitive documents scattered across personal accounts.

Construction and property
INDIGO IT provides managed IT support and cyber security for construction and property businesses across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire. We help connect your teams, organise access and keep everyday technology working as your locations and projects change.
Office and site
Project teams need access to drawings, schedules, photographs and correspondence. Property teams need reliable ways to work with tenant, owner and contractor information. When documents sit in different inboxes and folders, it becomes harder to find the version everyone should be using.
We help organise Microsoft 365 and shared information around your working practices. That includes reviewing permissions, external sharing and how mobile staff reach the documents they need.
Devices and access
A lost laptop or an old user account can expose more than a single project. Temporary staff, contractors and changing site teams make it especially important to know who has access and which devices they use.
We help establish consistent arrangements for user accounts, device setup and access changes. Staff can be equipped for their roles, while leavers and completed projects trigger a review of access that is no longer needed.
Security
Contracts, payment correspondence and personal information often move between several organisations. Account security and controlled sharing need to support that collaboration without making it unnecessarily difficult.
We help strengthen your email and device security, review access to shared files and plan how important information is backed up. Your own checks on payment changes and sensitive instructions remain an essential part of the process.
Opening an office, taking on a new site or expanding a property portfolio changes what your IT needs to support. Connectivity, devices and application access should be considered early enough to avoid rushed decisions.
We review the requirements with your team and agree the relevant responsibilities with connectivity and software suppliers. Site conditions and application needs inform the plan, so the setup is assessed for its intended use.

Built around your business
For construction companies and established trades businesses, the priority may be keeping office and field teams connected. Property managers and estate agencies may need more focus on branch working, client records and access to management platforms.
We build the support arrangement around your organisation’s working pattern, rather than assuming every business needs the same setup. Day-to-day help sits alongside maintenance, security and planning for what comes next.

Frequently asked questions
If yours isn't here, call us on 01491 693424.
We can assess remote access, user accounts and workplace devices across your locations. Connectivity and any on-site requirements are reviewed before we agree the support scope.
We can help configure shared workspaces and permissions so external contributors have appropriate access. We also consider how that access will be reviewed when a project or working relationship ends.
We review the IT your software depends on and agree how support will work with the application supplier. Specialist configuration, project workflows and vendor-specific issues are scoped separately where required.
INDIGO IT, based in Camberley, provides managed IT support and cyber security to construction and property businesses across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire. Staff on sites get the same helpdesk, Microsoft 365 access and device protection as staff in the office, and we set up secure sharing with contractors. The service runs for one fixed monthly cost per user on a 90-day rolling contract, and we hold Cyber Essentials Plus.
